Travelling 23 Mar 2010

As I am writing this, I am sitting in my hotel room at the Rosen Center in Orlando, Florida. After a long day of traveling, it feels great to finally be here!

The trip went very well, flight in time from Gothenburg and the change in Frankfurt went as smooth as it could I’d say. The flight over felt long (10:35h) but hey, the time did move! We even landed just before the set time and I managed to get through the rigorous entry process in a fast and painless way!

Now I am off to sleep. I am slightly jetlagged. Time here is now 10:35p.m, while my body clock is somewhere closer to four, early morning.

I’ll see some of you tomorrow and continue to post updates and photos!

In this video comment I talk briefly about my plans coming to Photoshop World, coming up next week in Orlando (March 24-26) and how I will be covering the event.

View from El Teide de Tenerife

For the past week, I’ve been away in the Canary Islands off the African Coast, relaxing and enjoying some real time off with my family and cousins. More specifically I’ve been to Tenerife (view above from El Teide, highest mountain in Spain which Tenerife belongs to), a beautiful island.

It has been great with some real recreation to get all the batteries in me charged back up so that I can pick up at all work that needs to be done now. Expect many new things on the sites!

Travelling 14 Oct 2009

As some may have noticed, following me on Twitter, I’ve been in London over the weekend and I’m just now back (I’m on the plane as I am writing this).

Unforunately, I didn’t get to meet up with anyone, although I plan to go back, mainly for the purpose, in February.

It is funny how being away on vacation a little while, gets you a long way behind. Now begins some crazy catching up times.

Panorama: Over Karlskrona

I just returned home after a little vacation away in a smaller city called Karlskrona here in Sweden, at the south-eastern coast. I had a generally great time with great weather. Not much more to it. I didn’t get to shoot as much as I thought I would and in the end, scrapped the idea of shooting much at all. I did get to shoot this panorama on my iPhone, stitched together using the great AutoStitch application. Incredible applications available on the iPhone for photographers.

On the note of the iPhone, I’m really happy to be able to soon get the iPhone 3GS. It is being released here in Sweden tomorrow (read this night) and I have had mine pre-ordered for a while and will get it shipped within 1-3 weeks after tomorrow (hopefully one week…). Telia Sonera (the carrier I’m with) simply made a pretty good deal to switch to the 3GS from the 3G.
